AT A GLANCE

  • Two classes to choose from on Saturday, 8am individual workout, 9am team workout and 10am open gym.
  • Sweat Class will now be held 3x a week, expanding to Tuesday's and Thursday's at 6:30pm in addition to only Sunday morning.

Focused Training

8 week blocks with 2-3 days of additional programming to complete outside of class, along with a dedicated coach to help you.

Here's the 2025 layout.

Block 1- Coach Casey + Coach Grant: Focus is Strength in Squat, Bench and Deadlift.

Block 2- Rotational Sports - think accessory work for Golf, Tennis, Pickle.

Block 3- Fitness Racing- Strength endurance, higher % for reps + Cardio

Block 4- Gymnastics

Block 5- Running

Block 6- Olympic Lifting

Ruck Club

Join our favorite restaurant connoisseur walking around Fort Lauderdale. Use this as an opportunity to connect with your friends, while getting outside and enjoying our beautiful city.

Rucking will start on January 5th, look for details in your app.

  • Flagler Casual

    For the first time ever, we are offering a 2x per week membership. This is ideal for people who are looking to supplement other training and the accountability of attending a set number of days per week.

  • Flager Fulltime

    This is our every day, unlimited membership. This is the easiest way to get your body into shape, learn the movements, and immerse yourself in the community,.

  • Punch Card

    This option is ideal for people who travel intermittently. You have 90 days to use your 10 classes any way you want them.
