AT A GLANCE
- Two classes to choose from on Saturday, 8am individual workout, 9am team workout and 10am open gym.
- Sweat Class will now be held 3x a week, expanding to Tuesday's and Thursday's at 6:30pm in addition to only Sunday morning.
Focused Training
8 week blocks with 2-3 days of additional programming to complete outside of class, along with a dedicated coach to help you.
Here's the 2025 layout.
Block 1- Coach Casey + Coach Grant: Focus is Strength in Squat, Bench and Deadlift.
Block 2- Rotational Sports - think accessory work for Golf, Tennis, Pickle.
Block 3- Fitness Racing- Strength endurance, higher % for reps + Cardio
Block 4- Gymnastics
Block 5- Running
Block 6- Olympic Lifting
