YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY

 

We are highly committed to taking care of our members, and to keep our community safe. We work hard to make sure that the gym is clean, sanitized, and a safe place for you to come workout.

 

We have put some new procedures in place to keep our promise, and we kindly ask of you to do your part.

WHAT WE DO

STAFF SAFETY

Our coaches will regularly sanitize, practice social distancing, and wear a mask throughout the entire class.

SANITIZING

We have allocated extra time in between classes to make sure that we have the chance to keep the weights, equipment, stations, and all areas clean and sanitized.

CLASS SAFETY

We have set up marks on the floor that you will need to follow to make sure you're not getting too close to your classmates.

CLASS SIZE

We have limited each class to a total of 7 people, to ensure that we can keep everyone at a safe distance. Individual stations for each class member has been set up with markers and are 10ft apart.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

Enter through the front door once you come in, and exit through the bay door to make sure you don’t bump in to anyone. Once in class, please stay inside your designated workout station. As mandated by Broward County, you must wear a mask when you enter and exit the gym.

TEMPERATURE CHECK

Before coming in to class your coach will perform a no-contact temperature check. If your temperature is 100•F or above, you will be sent home for the safety of our members.

SANITIZE

When you come into the gym, please wash and/or use hand sanitizer to prevent any spread of germs. Make sure your equipment is sprayed and wiped down when you leave.

INDIVIDUAL STATIONS

Each person will be assigned to an individual workout station, where all equipment and weights will be provided to you before class. If you need anything, please let your coach know and they will help you. If you need to use the restrooms or refill your water bottle, please wear your mask whenever you leave your station.

BE RESPONSIBLE

If you have a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to the gym until you’re symptom-free and fever-free for three days. Practice social distancing, before, during, and after class. We know we all want to high-five each other after a new PR, but this is not the time.

While we’re taking every precaution to keep our community safe (and encourage you to do the same), we’re acutely aware of and highly prepared for the possibility of a second wave. These guidelines can be revised based on recommendations from the city, country and state.
