Stretch Fit Hits The Spot

After a tough 3 days in a row of CrossFit or Fitness you’ll need to stretch it out. This class is a fusion of yoga, core, partner stretching and general mobility movements. It lasts one hour long and is held on Thursday nights at 6:30pm. Each week we focus on different parts of the body and trust us, the sleep afterward is unmatched!
